Inspired Entertainment has announced a six-year extension of its partnership with William Hill.

As part of this renewed agreement, Inspired will remain the exclusive provider of managed services for William Hill’s entire UK network of gaming terminals.

These services encompass installation, remote and field technology support, as well as content and platform deployment.

Another key element of the new agreement is William Hill’s commitment to leasing 5,000 new Vantage terminals from Inspired. This investment is intended to upgrade and enhance the gaming experience within William Hill’s betting offices.

The deployment of these terminals will commence in the fourth quarter of 2024, with completion expected by the first quarter of 2025.

Brooks Pierce, Inspired President and CEO, stated: “The extension of our partnership with William Hill adds to a more than 20 years long relationship and strong strategic partnership for Inspired across Gaming, Interactive and Virtual Sports business lines.

“Based on our experience with the Vantage cabinet in the UK market and the consistent double-digit growth we’ve observed, the upgraded terminals should empower William Hill to bring their players an enhanced gaming experience, ultimately boosting their results.”

Mark Kemp, EvokeGroup CCO (parent company of William Hill), added: “Following a thorough review of product performance across our estate and the UK retail market, we are pleased to embark on this new phase with Inspired.

“Our focus remains on quality, performance and growth. We are committed to product and content innovation, customer satisfaction and creating long-term value together.”

Earlier this week, William Hill also struck up a new partnership with technology platform 2mee that saw the company gaining access to 2mee’s HoloMessage player engagement solution.
