Rob Coldrake has been named as the new group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Flutter.

With this news, Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will be stepping down from his role as group CFO and Executive Director at the company.

Coldrake comes to this role with relevant experience, having been the CFO of the International Division of Flutter for four years, overseeing a number of brands, such as Pokerstars, Adjarabet and Betfair International.

Flutter’s new CFO has also been the CFO for the Markets and Airlines of TUI Group and held several other senior finance positions.

Alongside this new hire, Flutter also announced that its primary listing is now on the New York Stock Exchange.

In January, the company confirmed its desilting from the Irish stock exchange, Euronext Dublin, as it planned to have just two listings, one in London and a new one in the US.

The move to make New York the location for its primary listing was backed by shareholders at the start of this month during the operator’s AGM, ahead of today’s completion of the move.

On this, Flutter CEO Peter Jackson said: “Today marks an important milestone in the evolution of Flutter with the commencement of our primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. This closely follows the recent move of our operational headquarters to New York, with both reflecting the increasing importance of the US sports betting and iGaming market to our business.

“We have a fantastic position in the US, with FanDuel the clear number one operator and we look forward to this next step on our journey.”
